PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

​

L.E. Peabody & Associates, Inc. (Since 2024) -- Mr. Orelup has assisted in discovery data processing, manipulation, and analysis for preparation of exhibits filed with the Surface Transportation Board (“STB”). Mr. Orelup’s primary focus was the investigation and analysis of Microsoft SQL Server data.

Previous Related Experience – Mr. Orelup was an intern at L.E. Peabody & Associates, Inc. between the years 2019 and 2023. Mr. Orelup developed an in-house web application cataloging L.E. Peabody & Associates, Inc.’s collective knowledge on Class III railroads in North America, as well as leading the research for the Class III database.

Mr. Orelup assisted in the development of another web application which was used by a client to gather, process, store, and trace train movements. Development included designing and coding an automated system for the downloading and processing of invoice forms into database format.

​

Mr. Orelup researched and developed the methodology by which in-house code repositories can be established and maintained. Three such code collaboration environments hosted within the network have since been created.

​

Mr. Orelup collaborated on the process of updating L.E. Peabody & Associates, Inc.’s time and expenses program to modern standards of web development. Modernization included the reworking of user authentication and authorization from the ground up.

EDUCATION:

​

Mr. Orelup received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management in December 2023.
