PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

​

L. E. Peabody & Associates, Inc. (since 2010) -- Mr. Thibault has over 30 years' experience in the field of computer technology, with emphasis on database design and software development life cycle. He also has extensive experience designing and implementing distribution networking architecture for various industries, including government financial systems, mine production reporting, language translation, and security services. Mr. Thibault manages database and programming support to the Firm’s freight transportation-related projects. He routinely works with extremely large databases tracking the movement of rail equipment over the Class I railroad networks, as well as correlating and reconciling revenue and movement data. He is familiar with the Surface Transportation Board’s rail waybill sample data.

Mr. Thibault provided consulting and custom design and development of data enabled Web sites and n-tier client / server applications based on the Microsoft Distributed Network Architecture. Recent projects have utilized the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, ASP.MVC, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, and SQL Spatial.

Previous Related Experience -- Prior to joining L. E. Peabody & Associates, Inc., Mr. Thibault served as a Business Systems Developer Association for Universities for Research in Astronomy. In that role, he was responsible for internal software and website development utilizing ASP.NET, ASP.MVC, C# and SQL Server, database administration, network administration, and system support for Administrative Services. Mr. Thibault also served in Financial Management, Information Systems Management, and system development roles for CyraCom International, Inc., IKON Technology Services and BHP Copper Incorporated / Magma Copper Co.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Thibault received a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 1999 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1995.
